FieldHausPro is an invite-only network connecting professional athletes with vetted elite providers. Privacy and operational secrecy are load-bearing. Every paragraph in this document is enforceable policy, not aspiration.

The protocol applies to natural persons accessing the platform as athletes, providers, administrators, and prospective applicants. It does not override stricter agreements you may sign with a specific provider or institution.

Identity

Full name, professional title, primary email, profile portrait.

Credentials

License numbers, peer references, government-ID hash (provider applicants only).

Operational

Vetting status, tier classification, endorsement count, last-activity timestamp.

Communications

End-to-end encrypted message envelopes — message bodies are not readable by FieldHausPro staff.

Telemetry

Coarse session fingerprints, device class, and request latency for abuse detection.

Data is processed strictly to operate the network: vetting applications, matching athletes with providers, enforcing security, billing for paid tiers, and complying with binding legal orders.

We do not use member data to train external AI models, sell it to third-party brokers, or surface it in unrelated advertising surfaces.

Data leaves FieldHausPro infrastructure in only three narrow lanes:

Member-Initiated

When you accept a provider engagement or share your profile with another operator.

Sub-Processors

A short, audited list of infrastructure vendors (hosting, email transport, payments). Each is bound by data-processing agreements.

Legal Compulsion

Valid court orders or subpoenas. We notify the affected operator unless legally gagged, and we publish an annual transparency report.

Transit is TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy. At-rest data uses AES-256-GCM per-row envelope encryption with keys held in an HSM separate from the database. Operator-to-operator messages add an additional end-to-end layer keyed by the receiver's device.

Sessions

Refreshed every 12h. Inactive sessions auto-revoked after 30d.

Messages

Retained until both parties delete. Backup tombstones purge within 30d.

Audit logs

Retained 24 months, then aggregated and anonymized.

Closed accounts

Soft-deleted at request, fully purged within 90d.

Every operator can export, correct, or revoke their own data. We do not gate these controls behind a support ticket — they live inside the portal.

Export

Machine-readable archive (JSON + media) issued within 72h.

Correction

Inline edits on identity, role, and portrait. Audit log preserved.

Erasure

Hard-delete request honoured within 90d unless preserved for active legal hold.

Withdrawal

Revoke marketing consents instantly. Operational comms persist while account is active.

We use first-party cookies for session continuity and abuse detection. No third-party advertising cookies are loaded on any surface of FieldHausPro.

Primary processing runs in the United States. Sub-processors may route data through the EU, the UK, and Singapore. Every transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism, depending on the originating jurisdiction.

Operators based in jurisdictions requiring data residency (e.g. regulated medical providers) can request region-pinned storage as part of vetting.

The privacy desk reads every signal that lands in its inbox. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
