We exist because public networks failed the people who play and care for elite sport. Public means leaky, leaky means risk, and risk means careers truncated by bad providers, broken NDAs, and forged credentials.

Our vetting protocol is unapologetic about the bar: we reject more applicants than we accept, and we re-vet every operator on a continuous cadence. The number of operators we add per quarter is gated by review-team capacity, not market demand.

There are exactly three ways into the network. Anything outside this list is a phishing attempt — report it.

Direct Application

Open via the Apply page. Standard review cadence; 7-day decision window.

Peer Invite

Existing Tier-1 operator vouches with an invite code. Fast-tracked but still vetted.

Institutional Referral

Vetted partners (leagues, clinics, agencies) sponsor a cohort. Sponsor remains accountable for accuracy.

Every applicant proves they are who they claim to be before the credential audit begins.

Government ID

Hashed and matched to declared name; raw image is destroyed within 30 days.

Liveness Check

Short on-camera prompt cross-referenced with the ID portrait.

Address Signal

Optional residency confirmation — required for region-pinned tiers.

Providers undergo a deeper audit because their decisions touch athletes' physiology, contracts, or capital.

Licensure

Live API lookup against the issuing board. Expired or surrendered licenses fail intake.

Disciplinary Search

OIG, state medical boards, bar associations, and equivalent professional bodies.

Insurance

Active malpractice or E&O coverage at a level appropriate to specialty.

Experience Floor

Minimum five years post-licensure or equivalent demonstrable case volume.

Document Holds

Submitted PDFs are encrypted, watermarked, and never shared beyond the review board.

Credentials prove capability. Peer verification proves character. Both gates must clear before access is provisioned.

Minimum 2

Two independent endorsements from existing operators in adjacent practice or sport.

Reference Calls

Random sampling — the review board calls one named reference for every applicant.

Anonymity

Endorser identities are visible to the board but anonymized to the applicant.

Athletes follow a parallel but lighter track — the load on athletes is the focus of providers, so we focus on confirming professional status, not policing it.

Professional Status

Active league registration, federation membership, or signed contract.

Sport Range

Sport, position, and competitive tier. Used solely for matching.

Wellness Intake

Optional baseline form to accelerate provider matching. Encrypted and athlete-controlled.

Verified

Baseline trust. Licensed, identity-confirmed, peer-vouched. Full network access.

Elite

Multi-year track record, >30 endorsements, zero disciplinary findings. Featured eligibility unlocks.

Tier-1

Top of the network. Concierge channels, sponsored partner access, transparency dashboard.

Pending

Intake in motion. Limited read-only network preview, no operator messaging yet.

Suspended

Trust signal failing. Read-only with audit hold; clear within the review window or roll to terminated.

Vetting is not a single-point event. The protocol continuously watches for licensure changes, disciplinary updates, peer-flag patterns, and behavioral anomalies on the network itself.

Quarterly

Automated licensure + insurance refresh.

Triggered

Three peer flags or one regulatory event opens an active review.

Annual

Tier-1 operators receive a structured re-interview by the review board.

Any decline, suspension, or tier change is appealable once via the review board. The appeal lane is intentionally simple — narrative response, supporting documents, a 30-day decision window.

Window

Submit appeal within 30 days of the original decision. Late appeals require a triggering event.

Independence

The reviewing panel excludes anyone who decided the original case.

Outcome

Upheld, reduced, or reversed. Final unless new information surfaces.

Annually we publish an aggregate transparency report covering intake volume, decline rate by class, average review time, and the number of legal-process requests received. Individual cases are never named.

The transparency report is the network's self-audit — if the numbers move in the wrong direction, the protocol gets revised in public.
