FieldHausPro is operated by FieldHausPro Inc., a Delaware corporation (“FHP”, “we”, “us”). The network is restricted to vetted athletes, providers, and administrators. Public marketing surfaces are open; everything behind the portal is invite-only.

If you are operating on behalf of a clinic, agency, or institution, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. The entity is jointly responsible for compliance.

Access is granted only after a successful vetting cycle. We may decline, pause, or revoke access at any time when the trust premise fails. The network is not a public utility — it is a curated channel.

Eligibility

Professional athletes, licensed providers, and approved institutional admins.

Geography

Available globally; some features restricted in sanctioned jurisdictions.

Age

Operators must be 18 years or older.

Authentication

Strong passphrases required; multi-factor authentication enforced for elevated tiers.

Each account represents one natural person. Sharing credentials, impersonating another operator, or operating shadow accounts are Tier-1 violations.

Credentials

Never share your passphrase, even with assistants or family.

Sessions

Revoke any session you do not recognise from the portal.

Reporting

Suspected compromise → report within 24h. We will not penalise good-faith disclosure.

You agree not to:

• Spam, scrape, mass-message, or automate engagement with other operators.
• Impersonate any person, institution, or jurisdiction.
• Submit forged credentials, falsified licenses, or fabricated endorsements.
• Pay for, solicit, or exchange endorsements in any form.
• Use the network to deliver medical, legal, or financial advice you are not licensed to deliver.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass platform safeguards.

Providers carry a higher standard because their decisions touch athletes' bodies, careers, and capital.

Licensure

Maintain active licensure in the practising jurisdiction; surrender any disciplinary notice within 7 days.

Scope

Practise only within your credentialed scope. Refer out, do not improvise.

Communication

Use FHP messaging for time-sensitive coordination; clinical records remain in your system of record.

Conflicts

Disclose financial relationships with manufacturers, clinics, or agents before engagement.

Athletes agree to engage providers in good faith and to treat the encrypted channel as the system of record for the coordination it covers.

Honesty

Accurate intake — performance, injury history, current treatment, and concurrent providers.

Endorsements

Issue endorsements only from direct, recent experience. No favours, no logrolling.

Confidentiality

Do not redistribute provider content, pricing, or internal notes outside the network.

You own the content you submit — bios, portraits, endorsements, messages. By posting it inside FHP, you grant FHP a limited, revocable, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and display it for the operation of the network.

FHP claims no ownership over operator data and never licenses it to third parties for marketing. Aggregated, fully anonymized statistics may be published in transparency reports.

Paid tiers renew on the cadence selected at sign-up. Billing is processed by an audited payment vendor; FieldHausPro never stores full card numbers.

Renewals

Automatic until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

Refunds

Pro-rated refund within 14 days of charge for unused service.

Taxes

Local VAT/GST collected where required and remitted to the relevant authority.

Disputes

Open a billing dispute via the portal — chargebacks issued without notice may suspend access.

We will notify you of the reason and the appeal window when suspending an account, except where notice itself would harm a third party or violate a binding order.

Class A

Soft suspension; reviewable within 7 days; resolved with documentation.

Class B

Hard suspension; review board convenes within 21 days; appeal once.

Class C

Termination; not subject to internal appeal; data retention follows the Privacy Protocol.

You can terminate your own account from the portal at any time. Some obligations (confidentiality, accrued payment, lawful holds) survive termination.

FieldHausPro is provided as a coordination layer, not a medical, legal, financial, or athletic-performance authority. Any decision a provider takes on the network remains theirs; FHP does not guarantee outcomes, availability, or specific provider quality.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without reference to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. We may update these terms — material changes are announced 30 days ahead of effect.
